【摘要】 目的：探讨手指末节软组织损伤的治疗方法。方法：43例65个手指末节软组织损伤,简单清创后创面应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗。结果：伤指保留长度,创面愈合,皮肤瘢痕不明显,关节无强直。结论：MEBO对手指末节软组织损伤有较好治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the method for treating soft tissue injury of finger.Method:43 patients with 65 injured fingers were treated with MEBO.Result:All the wounds healed.The fingers kept their original length.No finger amputation and no ankylosis occurred.Conclusion:MEBO is effective in treating soft tissue injury of finger.
