【摘要】 目的：总结小儿烧伤发热的护理治疗经验,规范护理操作技术规程。方法：对26例中小面积烧伤患儿的伤情、烧伤面积、体温变化、护理措施及处理效果进行回顾性总结。结果：除2例体温正常外,其余24例均有不同程度发热,12例接受了19次降温措施处理,降温幅度在0．5℃以上,无惊厥与呕吐等并发症发生；SD-Ag治疗组与MEBO治疗组发热率比较无显著差异(P＞0．05)。结论：小儿中小面积烧伤发热达到39℃时,可酌情降温处理,首选物理降温方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up experience in nursing burn infant with fever and to standardize the operation. Method:A retrospective summary of the nursing work was made.26 infants with intermediate and small burn wounds re- ceived the nursing.Different nursing measures were adopted according to case condition,burn area,body temperature,etc. Result:2 cases had normal body temperature and 24 had fever.12 cases received 19 times of nursing treatment for lowering body temperature.Their body temperature was lowered by O.5℃.No convulsion and vomiting happened.The body tempera- ture lowering effect in MEBO and SD-Ag treatment groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Infants with small and intermediate burn wounds should receive body temperature lowering treatment when they had fever above 39℃.Physical body temperature lowering method is of first choice.更多还原
