【Abstract】 The "red triangle" has prominent regional advantages, convenient traffic and abundant resources. It has enormous potentiality of economic development and social progress. In confrontation with the economic globalization, the process of integration of regional economy and a new round of international adjustment of industrial structure, the mode of extensive-pearl-delta is put forward, which is "9+2" mode of regional economic development including nine provinces or special administration districts such as Hong Kong, Macao, Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi, and so on.
