超临界萃取法提取扇贝内脏脂质的研究
Research on Extracting Lipid out of Scallop Viscera by Supercritical Fluid Extraction
【摘要】 采用超临界萃取技术提取扇贝内脏脂质,并对其工艺条件进行了研究。通过正交实验摸索出超临界萃取法提取扇贝内脏脂质的最佳条件为:萃取压力28MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间75min、CO2流量25L/h。与采用索氏提取法提取扇贝内脏脂质相比较,结果表明,超临界萃取法更适合不饱和脂肪酸的提取,而且提取时间短。
【Abstract】 The technical conditions on the supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) of lipid from scallop viscera were studied.Though orthogonal experiments,the optimal extracting condition was: the extraction pressure 28 MPa,the extraction temperature 50℃,the extraction time 75min,the CO2 flow rate 25L/h.Compared with the method of soxhlet,the SEF is better to extract unsaturated fatty acid and the extracting time was shorter.
