【Abstract】 Biological antioxidants extracted from plants belong to the kind of antioxidants which are healthy to people.Besides antioxidative effects,they also play an important role in physiology due to their ability of scavenging free radicals.Antioxidative effects and the free radical scavenging capacities are significantly affected by the microenvironments.This article reviews the survey of the studies on biological antioxidants,mainly discusses the antioxidant effect in complex system and their synergistic effects.更多还原
