【摘要】 目的寻求一种操作简单、并发症少、费用低廉,同时能够减少静脉炎发生的最佳诺维本输入途径。方法乳癌术后应用诺维本化疗病人110例,分别应用颈内静脉置管(30例)、颈外静脉留置针(42例)及四肢浅静脉留置针(38例)输入诺维本,对3种静脉输入方法的操作时间、置管成功率、并发症发生率、静脉炎发生率、导管留置时间、价格等进行比较。结果颈内静脉置管组的操作时间、主要并发症发生率、价格都明显高于其他两组,差异有显著意义(F=382.7,q=34.02,P<0.05;2χ=4.12,P<0.05),置管成功率明显低于其他两组(2χ=4.68,P<0.05)。静脉炎主要发生在四肢浅静脉留置针组。结论颈外静脉留置针输入诺维本,是一种操作简单、方便安全、费用低廉且能减少静脉炎发生的最佳输入途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo seek the best intravenous way to transfuse Navelbine(NVB) with the advantages of simple technic,few complications,low cost,and reduced phlebitis.MethodsNVB chemotherapy was given to 110 postoperative patients with breast carcinoma via internal jugular vein cannulation(n=30),external jugular vein(n=42),or superficial vein of limbs((n=)38).The operative time,success rate,phlebitis and other complications were compared among them.ResultsCompared with the other groups,the internal jugular vein cannulation required more time to do,and caused more complications(F=382.7,q=(34.02),P<0.05;χ~2=4.12,P<0.05),the success rate of cannulation was much lower(χ~2=4.68,P<0.05).Phlebitis was found mostly in superficial vein group.ConclusionIndwelling canula in external jugular vein is simple,safe and cost less for NVB medication.更多还原
