【摘要】 目的观察氯沙坦与波依定联合用药治疗慢性肾衰竭并高血压的效果。方法选择65例慢性肾衰竭并高血压住院病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予氯沙坦50 mg/d,波依定10 mg/d,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片20 mg,每天2次,4周为一疗程。观察治疗前后血压、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)的水平。结果两组治疗后血压均有显著下降(t=17.26、11.29,P<0.05),两组之间比较差异无显著性(t=1.82,P>0.05);两组治疗后24 h尿蛋白含量显著降低(t=9.81、6.47,P<0.01、0.05),两组之间比较差异显著(t=2.46,P<0.01);治疗组治疗后Cr、BUN明显降低(t=2.69、2.41,P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(t=0.17、1.65,P>0.05),两组之间比较差异显著(t=2.47、2.05,P<0.01)。结论氯沙坦与波依定在降压的同时对慢性肾衰竭并高血压病人肾功能有明显保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the effects of combination of losartan and plendil for patients with chronic renal failure complicated hypertension.MethodsSixty-five in-patients with chronic renal failure and hypertension were randomly divided into treated group and control group.The blood pressure(BP),24-hour urine protein,serum creatinine(Cr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) were measured before and four weeks after the treatment of losartan 50 mg qd and plendil 10 mg qd in the treated group and nifedipine sustained-release tablets 20 mg bid in the control group.ResultsBP significantly reduced in both groups(t=17.26,11.29;P<0.05),and no significant difference noted between them(t=1.82,P>0.05).The 24-hour urine protein significantly reduced in both groups(t=9.81,6.47;P<0.05,0.01),but the treated group showed much better(t=2.46,P<0.01).Serum Cr and BUN were significantly reduced in the treated group(t=2.69,2.41;P<0.05),and no obvious changes noted in the control group(t=0.17,1.65,P>0.05).ConclusionLosartan and plendil are effective in reducing blood pressure and protecting renal function.更多还原
