【摘要】 目的探讨预防白血病病人化疗后口腔真菌感染有效方法。方法随机抽取大剂量化疗后成年白血病住院病人64例,随机分成A、B两组,各32例。A组给予多贝尔液漱口,B组给予多贝尔液及50 g/L碳酸氢钠液交替漱口,每天6次。1、2周后观察两组口腔真菌感染发生情况。结果A、B两组病人1周后发生口腔真菌感染例数分别为6、0例,2周后分别为8、3例。两组口腔真菌感染发生率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=7.48,P<0.05)。结论白血病病人大剂量化疗后常规应用50 g/L碳酸氢钠液、多贝尔液交替漱口,可有效预防口腔真菌感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo find an effective method of preventing oral-cavity fungal infection in patients with leukemia receiving chemotherapy.MethodsSixty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,with 32 patients in each group.Dobell solution was given to those in group A for gargle,six times a day;for those in group B,50 g/L sodium bicarbonate and Dobell were applied for gargle alternatively,six times a day.The infection was observed one and two weeks later.Results Mouth fungal infection occurred in six cases in group A and none in group B one week later,and eight and three cases two weeks later in groups A and B,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(χ~2=7.48,P<0.05).Conclusion(Alternate gargling) with 50 g/L sodium bicarbonate and Dobell is effective in the prevention of fungal infection in oral cavity in patients with leukemia after receiving high-dose chemotherapy.更多还原
