湖北省优秀运动员退役安置对策的研究

【摘要】 以湖北省优秀运动员退役安置为主要研究对象,从调查湖北省优秀运动员退役安置现状入手,剖析了湖北省优秀运动员退役安置难的原因;在此基础上,探讨了湖北省优秀运动员的退役安置对策,旨在为湖北省制定优秀运动员退役安置政策提供参考。

【Abstract】 By investigating the present situation in Hubei province,the paper analyzes the causes of difficulty in setting elite athletes after retirement and accordingly puts forward countermeasures.It aims to provide reference to constitute policy of settling retiring athletes in Hubei province.
