基于LabVIEW的回转窑筒体偏摆的数据处理
Data treating to deflections of rotary kiln body on the base of LabVIEW
【摘要】 回转窑筒体偏摆测量获得了大量筒体表面的数据,后期数据处理工作的传统方法很繁琐。而基于LabVIEW的回转窑筒体偏摆动态检测的数据处理效率高、界面直观、编程简单且准确。
【Abstract】 Large amount of shell surface data could be acquired during deflection measuring to rotary kiln body, but the data treatment works late on will be a heavy and tedious job if using traditional method. Adopting LabVIEW to treat dynamic monitoring data of deflections in rotary kiln body, it is of high efficiency, objective interface, simple and accurate programming.
