【摘要】 本文阐述了粘杆菌素的理化性质、药理作用、体内代谢、毒性及对免疫器官的影响等方面及其应用前景。

【Abstract】 The article reviewed the recent advances of colistin in physico-chemical property,pharmacological action,in vivo metabolism,toxicity,the effect on immune organs,and the application prospect of colistin.
