论我国环境法制建设

【摘要】 指出了我国环境法制建设在立法、执法、司法、守法和法律监督方面存在的问题。提出我国必须从完善环境立法,加大执法力度,加强环境司法,增强公众守法观念,强化法律监督方面进行环境法制建设。

【Abstract】 Nowadays in China,during the constructing of environmental legal system,,some problems exist in the field of legislation,execution,judicature,abidance and supervision.Therefore,the paper points out that we should perfect our legislation on environment;reinforce environmental administration of justice; improve citizens’ sense of obeying laws;and consolidate our legal supervision. Then a sound environmental legal system will be promoted step by step.
