【Abstract】 A free chrome conversion film on diecast AZ91D by an acetic salt-permanganate solution was presented.The surface morphology and composition of the film were measured by SEM and EDS.The corrosion resistance of conversion film was tested by polarizing curves.The results show that the film surface is yellow and like-squma and is composed of Mn and Mg oxide and Mg,Mn oxide.The corrosion resistance of conversion film is better than diecast magnesium alloy substrate.更多还原
