【摘要】 内源性保护机制是生物机体自我保护的重要机制,调动机体内源性保护能力已作为疾病防治的一项新战略而受到广泛重视,该机制的本质是适应性反应诱导了内源性保护物质(保护性蛋白等)的产生,通过维持机体自稳态而增加机体的适应性和抗损伤能力,用药物等途径则可模拟或增强其保护作用。内源性保护机制与中医学的正气学说、扶正固本等理论有诸多联系,对于揭示中医理论科学内涵和实质、发展和弘扬中医优势及促进中药开发均具有一定参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endogenous protecion is an important mechanism of self-protection of biologic,as a powerful protective adaptation,it has brought a new research field and new treatment strategy for prevention and treatment of some diseases.The key mechanism of it is to improve the capability of adaptive and stimulate the mechanisms of body anti-injury,also maintence homeostasis of the body,which kernek is inducement of endogenous protective factor(endogenous protective protein),and this effect could be mimeticed or enhanced by pharmacological preconditionining.In this article,some connection between endogenous protection and theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine were evaluated,which is much beneficial for explaining the intension of theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as health Qi theory,strengthening health Qi to consolidate constitution of prevention of diseases,and this had the significance for explaining the scientific of connotative meaning of theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and development of Chinese Medicine.更多还原
