改性聚丙稀纤维混凝土力学性能的试验研究
An Experimental Study on the Mechanical Performances Testing of Modified Polypropylene Fiber Concrete
【摘要】 试验研究了不同掺量聚丙稀纤维混凝土立方体的抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度性能,并与普通混凝土(0掺量)进行了对比。结果表明:在混凝土基体不变情况下,掺入0.5kg.m-3、0.7kg.m-3、0.9kg.m-3聚丙烯纤维混凝土的各项强度增大;聚丙烯纤维最合适的掺量为0.9kg.m-3;掺入聚丙烯纤维能改善混凝土的和易性。
【Abstract】 The essential mechanical property of modified pp fiber concrete,for example,cube compressive strength,axis compressive strength,rupture strength and tensile splitting strength was studied by mixing into a known quality modified pp fiber.This paper also uses modified pp fiber concrete to do some research in contrast with concrete without pp fiber.Results show that kinds of strength of concrete with modified pp fiber and the workability of them have improved by mixing aspectly 0.5kg·m-3,0.7kg·m-3and 0.9kg·m-3kg/pp fiber.The optimal mixing amount of pp fiber is 0.9kg·m-3.
