【摘要】 目的:观察天香丹颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:60例气虚血瘀、痰瘀交阻型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组;天香丹治疗组33例,心可舒对照组27例。服用天香丹颗粒或心可舒4周后,观察患者临床症状、心电图的变化及血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)的水平变化。结果:天香丹组胸闷、胸隐痛时作、气短乏力等症状改善明显优于心可舒组;天香丹组心电图有效率(63.64%)高于心可舒组(37.04%)(P<0.05);天香丹组血清sICAM-1s、VCAM-1水平较心可舒组下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:天香丹颗粒可改善冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状及心电图表现,其机制可能与并有抑制黏附分子的表达,改善内皮功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy of "Tianxiangdan Granule"(TXDG) in angina pectoris following coronary heart disease(CHD),and to explore the mechanism of it.Methods: 60 CHD patients with the syndrome type of qi deficiency combined with blood stasis and phlegm retention were randomly assigned to treatment group(n = 33) and control group(n = 27),taking either TXDG or Xinkeshu Tablet(XKST) for four weeks.The changes of main symptoms,cardiogram,serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) were observed.Results: Compared with XKST,TXDG improved the main symptoms and decreased the levels of serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 more effectively;the effective rate of cardiogram in treatment group was 63.64%,and in control group was 37.04%(P < 0.05).Conclusion: TXDG can improve clinical symptoms,cardiogram changes in patients with CHD,possibly by restraining the expression of serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1,and improving the endothelial function.更多还原
