【摘要】 [目的]了解上海市一般人群和高危人群中HGV和TTV的感染状况。[方法]采用整群随机抽样方法挑选一般人群和高危人群进行问卷调查,并采用ELISA方法检测血清抗-TTVIgM、抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG。[结果]本市一般人群抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG的阳性率分别为20.9%和37.5%;血透患者抗-TTVIgM、抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG的阳性率分别为:26.2%、24.6%和41.5%;性病患者抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG的阳性率分别为:19.8%和24.2%;慢性肝炎患者抗-TTVIgM、抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG的阳性率分别为:47.0%、33.3%和45.5%;急性肝炎患者抗-TTVIgM、抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG的阳性率分别为:41.7%、25.0%和25.0%;医务人员抗-TTVIgG和抗-HGVIgG的阳性率分别为4.4%和23.3%。[结论]本市一般人群和高危人群存在水平不等的HGV和TTV感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the prevalence rate of HGV and TTV in commom population and high risk population in Shanghai. [Methods] The objects in commom population and high risk population were selected by the method of cluster random sampling and further investigation was made by using the standard questionaire.The anti TTVIgM,anti TTVIgG and anti HGVIgG were tested by ELISA assay for the selected objectives. [Results] The prevalence rate of anti TTVIgG and anti HGVIgG in common population was 20.9% and 37.5% respectively.The prevalence rate of anti TTVIgM, anti TTVIgG and anti HGVIgG in patients receiving hemodialysis was 26.2%,24.6% and 41.5% respectively.The prevalence rate of anti TTVIgG and anti HGVIgG in STD patients was 19.8% and 24.2% respectively.The prevalence rate of anti TTVIgM,anti TTVIgG and anti HGVIgG in chronic and acute viral hepatitis patients was 47.0%,33.3%,45.5% and 41.7%,25.0%,25.0% respectively.The prevalence rate of anti TTVIgG and anti HGVIgG in health care workers was 4.4% and 23.3% respectively. [Conclusion] The infection of HGV and TTV exists in the common population and high risk population in Shanghai in different levels.更多还原
