轿车车身强度道路模拟试验技术研究

【摘要】 对轿车车身在用户道路中产生的损伤情况进行了调查和分析,在用户道路和试验道路上进行了载荷测量,通过数据分析和处理,在试验台上采用远程参数控制技术,制定了试验加载谱,对白车身进行试验后,得到了与用户道路相似的损伤。在多个试件试验的基础上,制定了白车身强度试验的方法,为开发和改进设计提供了检验手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article investigates and analyzes the injury situation of car body caused while driving on the user road. Load measurement is done on both user road and test road. By analyzing and dealing with data, remote parameter control technology is applied on test bench to draw up the load test spectrum. Applying it on vehicle body test can get an alike result with the injury situation on user road. Based on several parts test data, the article establishes a method of testing body intensity and provides test ways of development and design enhancement.更多还原
