【摘要】 基于知识合作已经成为企业当前发展的重要战略之一,知识合作剩余的分配影响着合作伙伴成员间关系的稳定,研究了企业知识合作剩余的分配方法.首先从直接经济效益、研究开发能力、产品生产制造能力、产品销售能力和组织管理创新能力5个方面设计了知识合作剩余的评价指标,然后利用合作博弈理论中求Shapley值的方法计算企业内专家的权威系数.考虑到专家间串通的协同效应,利用修正Shapley值的方法消除了该影响.最后根据公平合理原则建立了知识合作剩余的分配模型.更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge cooperative has become one of the most important strategies for enterprise’s development,and the residual interest allocation in knowledge cooperative influences the relations among enterprises.This paper designs the guide line of residual interest in knowledge cooperative from the view of profit,R&D capability,manufacture capability,sell capability and organization innovation capability.It then takes advantage of cooperative game theory,revises Shapley value to eliminate the synergy effect because of colluder among experts,and gives a model of residual interest allocation in knowledge cooperative according to an equity principle.It provides a method of stabilizing cooperative relation and carrying out knowledge innovation strategy.更多还原
