【Abstract】 The predicaments that our banking supervision system is not working well are facing at present, the basic reason is the logging of the supervisory ideology. The need of the situation calls a new-type banking supervision ideal. Pubic governance theory has risen rapidly in the world and is becoming a popular knowledge with the advance of theory.
