【Abstract】 In the age of knowledge economy, the knowledge has surpassed material capital and financial assets , and become the source of enterprises’ sustained competitiveness. Therefore, knowledge management is indispensable to enterprises especially those consulting companies whose core asset is knowledge. More importantly, consulting companies should attach more importance to tacit knowledge management according to the companies’ knowledge traits. This paper first analyzes consulting companies’ knowledge traits. Then, analyzes the meaning of tacit knowledge management using the SECI model. At last, it brings forward the acceleration regime for consulting companies’ tacit knowledge management.更多还原
