明胶与丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯接枝浆料的制备
Preparation of gelatin size grafted with methacrylate and acrylic acid
【摘要】 以明胶为接枝主体,选用丙烯酸和丙烯酸甲酯两种单体接枝,对反应时间、聚合温度、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量及单体用量等因素对接枝聚合过程及黏附性能的影响进行了系统研究,并运用二因子二次通用旋转试验方法得出了最优工艺条件。测试结果表明,所合成的浆料用于毛纱上浆具有可行性。
【Abstract】 In this thesis,by using gelatin grafted with methacrylate and acrylic acid,the effect of experimental parameters such as reaction time,copolymerization temperature,dosage of initiator and emulsifier and concentration of monomer on copolymerization and latex adhesion performance was studied.Among many factors affecting the sizing property of grafted gelatin,the amount of monomer and initiator was chosen and the best manufacturing parameters were determined through two factor by twice twiddle experiment design.The testing result shows that grafted gelatin is suitable for sizing wool yarn.
