紧密纺集聚装置的研究及成纱质量分析

【摘要】 设计研制了新型的紧密纺集聚装置,并用它将普通环锭细纱机改造成为紧密纺纱机。用所研制的紧密纺纱机与传统的环锭纺纱机进行对比试验,结果表明,紧密纺的成纱质量比环锭纺有显著提高。

【Abstract】 A new type of condensator of compact spinning frame is designed,and a ring frame is thus reformed to be a compact spinning frame with this condensator.The comparing tests are carried out on the compacting spinning frame and traditional ring spinning frame with the result showing that the quality of compact spun yarn is much better than that of ring spun yarn.
