【Abstract】 Mr. Zang Kejia’s editorial work is characterized by its practical, rational and voluntary exploration of the law of edition. The phenomenon of Zang Kejia edition which appeared in the circle of Chinese literature and media in the last century actually was in agreement with the law of edition. In the compilation of the editor, his ideas about edition corresponds with the content and form of the publication, reflecting the relationship of symmetry and harmony between the material and spiritual world and the cultural production. He believed that "equal emphasis should be placed both on improvement and popularization " Zang Kejia had intimate relationships with Mao Zedong, Chen Yi, Guo Moruo and so on. They often exchanged their ideas on poetry and asked them to contribute. He also compiled many "poems written by the laborers and soldiers" and "folk songs" into the Poem Magazine. He "united the three generations of the elder, middle aged and young poets". "He tried to ask for more contributions from famous writers". When compiling Appreciation of Poems by Mao Zedong, he invited many famous writers to write articles for the book. He "respected the creative work of the writers’, promoted the protection of the original form and style of the work and the rights and interests of the author.
