红外吸收法测定生铁中碳、硫含量的不确定度评定
Evaluation of the Uncertainty in Measuring Carbon and Sulfur Contentin Pig Iron by Infrared Absorption Analytical Method
【摘要】 按照分析测试中测量不确定度及评定的方法程序,对利用CS-902T红外碳硫仪测定生铁中碳、硫含量时重复测量、标准物质、电子天平、分析仪、工作曲线拟合等引入的不确定度分量进行了评定,计算出的碳和硫的合成不确定度分别为0.0136和0.00146,有效自由度分别为164.7和253.0,扩展不确定度分别为0.022和0.0024,碳和硫的测定结果可分别表示为(3.827±0.022)%和(0.0436±0.0024)%。
【Abstract】 According to the methods and programs of measuring uncertainty and its evaluation in analysis test,when measuring carbon and sulfur content in pig iron by CS-902T infrared carbon sulfur analyzer,every uncertainty introduced from repetition measurements,standard materials,electron balance,the analyzer and working characteristic fitting etc is evaluated separately.Calculated combined standard uncertainties of carbon and sulfur are 0.0136 and 0.00146 separately,the available free degrees 164.7 and 253.0 and the expanded uncertainties are 0.022 and 0.0024 separately.The measuring results of carbon and sulfur are expressed as(3.827±0.022)% and(0.0436±0.0024)% separately.
