【Abstract】 Robert Owen is a theoretician as well as a practioner of utopian socialism.During the period of the Industrial Revolution,he not only pays attention to the child laborer question,has carried on a severe critique to the child labor system,and,moreover,by appealing to the legislative bodies,tries to limit the child laborer and improves the work conditions,but also positively improves the work conditions in his own factories.However,Owen does not oppose the child labor,but their lowest employment age and their working time must be limited,emphasizing that child’s productive labor must be combined with their education.更多还原
