【摘要】 目的:对比安神调经针法与常规针灸疗法治疗月经后期的疗效。方法:将40例月经后期患者随机分为安神调经针法组(23例)及常规针灸对照组(17例),安神调经针法组采用安神调经针法治疗,对照组采用治疗肝郁气滞证月经后期的常规针灸治疗,疗程3个月经周期,在治疗前及每个疗程结束后采用量化评分的方式评定患者的症状变化。结果:两组治疗后疾病疗效、调经疗效、证候疗效各方面评分均有极显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论:安神调经针法治疗月经后期疗效明显优于常规针灸疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the curative effect between mind easing& menstruation normalizing acupuncture therapy and routine acupuncture therapy in treating delayed menstrual cycle.Methods:40 patients with delayed menstrual cycle were randomized into two groups:Mind easing & menstruation normalizing acupuncture therapy group23 cases and routine acupuncture therapy group17 cases .The period of treatment is three menstrual cycles.The symptoms before treatment and after each menstruation during the period of treatment were graded in details.Results:There were obvious differences between the two groups in general curative effect,menstrual curative effect and syndrome curative effectall shows:P<0.05 .Conclusions:Mind easing& menstruation normalizing acupuncture therapy excelled routine acupuncture therapy in treating delayed menstrual cycle.更多还原
