纳米NiZn铁氧体的磁性能研究
Study on the Magnetic Properties of Nanosized Nickel-Zinc Ferrite
【摘要】 应用化学共沉淀法制备了NiZn铁氧体的前驱体粉末,X射线衍射(XRD)对前驱体分析表明,它是纳米混合物(非铁氧体).对前驱体进行热处理后,得到尖晶石型N i0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4铁氧体.振动磁强计(VSM)测得N iZn铁氧体的磁性参量为:比饱和磁化强度σs=68 emu/g,比剩余磁化强度σr=2.36 emu/g,矫顽力HC=50 Oe.σs=68 emu/g比商业产品的σs高一倍,说明所制备的N iZn铁氧体可能具有一定的实用价值.
【Abstract】 Nanosized Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 ferrite powder was prepared by co-precipitation method.The spinel phase transition was observed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) after sintering at 900 ℃.Magnetic measurements show that the saturation magnetization of NiZn ferrite is σs=68 emu/g,residual magnetization σr=2.36 emu/g,coercive force HC=50 Oe by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The saturation magnetization σs=68 emu/g of the nanosized ferrite is one time higher than that of commercial ferrite,which indicates the ferrite may have an important role in application.
