中籼迟熟杂交稻新组合籽粒灌浆特性的研究

【摘要】 应用Richards模型研究了12个杂交稻品种(组合)的籽粒灌浆过程,结果表明:V2(B优827)、V7(宜香优2292)和V9(内香2550)强、弱势粒灌浆高峰时间间隔较短,为明显的同步灌浆类型;其余的组合强、弱势粒灌浆高峰时间间隔较长,为明显的异步灌浆型。灌浆过程的前、中、后3期对总灌浆物质的贡献分别约占12%、61%、27%,且V2(B优827)、V5(冈优363)、V6(绵2优838)、V11(D优527)的强势粒上前期和中期的灌浆持续天数相差很小,V1(一丰8号)、V5(冈优363)、V11(D优527)的弱势粒上中期和后期的灌浆持续天数相差很小,V1(一丰8号)、V5(冈优363)、V11(D优527)、V12(川香9838)的弱势粒上前期贡献率较大,所以这些品种(组合)的灌浆效果都显著,产量都较高。相关分析表明,活跃生长期D、灌浆中期持续时间T2和整个灌浆持续t99都对终极生长量A有显著作用。

【Abstract】 The Richards equation was used to describe grain filling processes of 12 hybrid rice combinations.The results show that the time gap of vigorous filling in V2(B You 827),V7(Yi Xiang You 2292)and V9(Nei Xiang 2550)is short,their grain-filling for superior and inferior grains almost occurs at the same time,and they are called typical synchronous type.But for others,after the grain-filling rate of superior grains and whole panicle is descending,the grain-filling rate of inferior grains rises significantly,and they are typical asynchronous type.Early,middle and late stage of grain-filling contributes about 12%,61%,27% of the final dry weight respectively.The time gap of superior grains grain-filling between early stage and middle stage is short in V2(B You 827),V5(Gang You 363),V6(Mian 2 You 838),V11(D You 527),the time gap of inferior grains grain-filling between middle stage and late stage is short in V1(Yi Feng 8),V5(Gang You 363),V11(D You 527),the inferior grains’ early grain-filling is good in V1(Yi Feng 8),V5(Gang You 363),V11(D You 527),V12(Chuan Xiang 9838),so the grain-filling results are good in these varieties(combinations),and the yield is high.Correlations analysis results show that A is of significant,positive correlations with D,t 99 and T2.
