【摘要】 介绍了大豆蛋白纤维的碱性浴、酸性浴、变性浴染色原理和工艺,测试了纤维染色后的上染率和固色率。测试结果表明,变性浴染色工艺不但提高了染色质量,简化了染色工艺,而且提高了染料利用率和废水治理的效果,更适合于大豆蛋白纤维染色。更多还原

【Abstract】 It introduces the dyeing principle and process of the alkali bath,the acid bath and the denaturated bath.Then texts the dye up-take and fixation rate after thedying process.The dyeing process can enhance the dye up-take rate and reduce the discharge load of effluent.Experiments show that good result has been achieved when the soybean fiber is dyed by the denaturated bath of reactive dyes.更多还原
