基于霍尔效应的可调式直流电压传感器的研制
Design of Adjustable DC Voltage Sensor Based on Hall Effect
【摘要】 作者针对遥控、遥调,遥信和遥测的4遥监控系统中对直流电压高精度的隔离传送和检测的要求,应用基于霍尔效应的磁平衡原理和调比例电路,研制了传感精度高、线性度好、温度漂移小、传送比例连续可调的传感器,并与光耦(光电式传感器)进行了比较,结果表明:在温度变化的环境中,该传感器隔离传送直流电压的精度优于光电传感器28倍.
【Abstract】 In accordance with the reqirement of separated transmission and detection of DC voltage with high accuracy in 4-R system,a new sensor,based on the Magnetic-balance principle of Hall Effect and proportion-control circuit,was designed,proving of high accuracy,satisfactory linearity,low shift of temperature,and constant adjustability of the transmission proportion. The comparison with optoelectronic sensor revealed that the sensitivity accuracy of the new design was raised 28 times even worked in an environment of varying temperature.
