膜法富氧局部增氧助燃技术及其在抛煤机锅炉中的应用

【摘要】 介绍膜法富氧技术及其节能和减少污染的机理。采用该技术对65t/h抛煤机锅炉进行了改造,结果表明,锅炉热效率提高3.5%,炉渣和飞灰的含碳量下降明显,1年即可回收改造成本。

【Abstract】 The Oxygenenriched technology using osmotic membrane, and its energysaving and pollutiondecreasing mechanisms have been presented, a 65 t/h spreadstocker fired boiler being retrofitted by adopting the said technology. Results show that the thermal efficiency of the boiler to be enhanced 3.5%, the carbon content in slag and fly ash of the boiler to be obviously lowered, the retrofit cost can be recovered only in one year. economic benefit to be remarkable.
