激光加工锥形凹腔非接触机械密封端面密封性能的数值分析

【摘要】 基于激光造型的实际形貌,建立了激光加工非接触机械密封端面密封性能的数学模型,确定了油膜控制方程及其边界条件。采用多重网格法求解无量纲化后的雷诺方程,对静环上均匀分布的锥形凹腔的形貌进行优化。结果表明:膜厚越小凹腔半径对压力的影响越显著,并且随着凹腔半径的增大,压力呈上升趋势;随着凹腔深度的增加,无量纲压力增大,但随着深度的进一步增加,压力趋于稳定;均匀分布在静环表面的锥形凹腔在静压效应不明显的情况下,可产生明显的动压效应。

【Abstract】 Based on the LST actual shape,an analytical model was developed.The boundary conditions of the control equation were determined.Seal face geometry parameters were optimized through the solution of the dimensionless Reynolds equation by multi-grid method.Results of a parameters study show that the pore radius has great influence on pressure when the value of clearance becomes small,and the value of pressure becomes higher when the value of the radius is large;with the increase of pore depth,the value of the dimensional pressure is increased,but with the further increase of pore depth,the change of the pressure becomes small;substantial hydrodynamic effect can be produced when the hydrostatic effect is not obvious.
