【摘要】 【目的】观察中药白虎汤对光动力治疗恶性肿瘤副反应的抑制作用。【方法】将56例行光动力治疗(PDT)的各种恶性肿瘤患者随机分为中西药组(28例)和西药组(28例)。两组患者术后均予西药常规对症、抗炎治疗,中西药组加服白虎汤加减。【结果】中西药组患者发热(28．6％)、疼痛(85．7％)均比西药组(发热率为57．1％、疼痛率为100％)减少 (均P<0．05),发热的程度和疼痛程度也比西药组减轻(P<0．05),而光敏性皮炎发生率(分别为14．3％和lO．7％)和局部水肿发生率(均为100％)两组差别均无显著性意义(P>0．05)。中西药组发热、疼痛、水肿持续时间分别为(2．73± 0．58)d、(6．71±0．81)d、(5．25±0．94)d,均较西药组的(4．56±0．76)d、(9．12±1．14)d、(8．84±1．01)d缩短(均P <0．05);而中西药组和西药组光敏性皮炎持续时间分别为(4．33±1．04)d、 (4．5±0．70)d,两组无显著性差异(P> 0．05)。中西药组治疗后血中白细胞数平均(10．6±2．36)×109／L,大于10×109／L有11例,西药组平均(14．3±3．17)× 109／L,大于10×109／L有18例,两组有显著性差异(P<0．05)。【结论】中药白虎汤可抑制光动力治疗恶性肿瘤中的副反应,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the inhibitory effect of Baihu Decoction (BD) on adverse reaction induced by photodynamic therapy (PT) in malignant tumor patients. [Methods] Fifty-six malignant tumor patients receiving PT were equally randomized into group A and group B. The two groups received routine symptomatic western medicine treatment, and anti-inflammation treatment. Group A was treated with BD additionally. [Results] Incidence of fever was 28.6% and that of pain was 85.7% in group A, and 57.1% and 100% in group B respectively (P < 0.05). Symptoms of fever and pain were milder in group A than those in group B ( P < 0.05) . The incidence of photosensitive dermatitis was 14.3% in group A and 10.7% in group B, and that of local edema was 100% in the two groups, the difference being insignificant (P>0.05). Duration of fever, pain and edema was respectively 2.73±0.58, 6.71±0.81 and 5.25±0.94 days in group A, and respectively 4.56±0.76, 9.12±1.14 and 8.84±1.01 days in group B (P < 0.05) . The duration of photosensitive dermatitis in group A (4.33±1.04 days) did not differ from that in group B (4.50±0.70 days) (P > 0.05). In group A, there were 11 patients with white blood cell (WBC) count over 10×109/L, and the average WBC count was (10.6±2.36)×109/L; there were 18 patients with WBC count over 10×109/L, and the average WBC count was (14.3±3.17)×109/L. The difference of WBC count was significant between groups A and B (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] BD has an inhibitory effect on adverse reaction induced by PT and improve the quality of life in malignant tumor patients.更多还原
