【摘要】 目的:观察止痛带治疗原发性痛经(气滞血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为3组。治疗组90例,给予止痛带加热治疗;中药对照组30例,给予口服田七痛经胶囊治疗;实验对照组30例,给予空白腹带加热治疗。疗程均为3月。结果:治疗组、中药对照组即时止痛疗效、近期疗效均明显优于实验对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0．05)。结论:止痛带治疗原发性痛经有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Zhitongdai (ZTD,止痛带) for primary dysmenorrhea (PD). Methods: 150 cases were allocated to 3 groups randomly. The treatment group (90 cases) was treated by heated ZTD; Chinese medicine control group (30 cases) by Tianqi dysmenorrhea capsule(田七痛经胶囊); and experimental control group (30 cases) by heated blank abdominal belt. Three months constituted the course of treatment. Results: The analgesic effect and short-term curative effect of treatment group and Chinese medicine control group were superior than that of experimental control group ( P < 0. 05).
