【摘要】 平衡计分卡是一种全新的绩效评价工具,同时也是一种较为全面的战略管理模式。近几年来,平衡计分卡又有了新的发展,出现了一种新的战略管理系统——战略地图,使得战略管理更加简便易懂。西方学者结合使用F-PEC量表以及平衡计分卡的战略思想,选取一个家族企业进行了战略管理的案例分析,在平衡计分卡原有的财务、客户、内部流程以及创新和学习四构面的基础上,又加入了家族资源这一纬度,初步构建了家族企业的战略管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Balanced Scorecards was a newly developed performance assessing tool,also it was a relatively comprehensive strategic management model.Recently,BSC happened new expansion,a new strategic management system,which was called strategic map.The strategic map made strategic management more easily to be understood.Some western researchers applied both F-PEC scale and BSC,implemented strategic management in a certain family business.Considering unique characteristics of family business,researchers developed a new variable to BSC,that was "familiness".Together with financial,customer,internal business,innovation and learning variables,researchers suggested a new strategic management mode of family business.更多还原
