【摘要】 目的评估疟疾乳酸脱氢酶单克隆抗体快速检测试剂在疟疾诊断和鉴别诊断上的特异性和敏感性以及考核疟疾治疗效果。方法使用OptiMal-IT金标层析快速检测试剂诊断和鉴别诊断间日疟57例,恶性疟5例;用传统的厚薄血片进行病原学对比诊断。同时用OptiMal-IT金标层析法考核治疗效果。结果OptiMal-IT金标层析法与病原学诊断间日疟和恶性疟原虫虫的符合率为100%,疟原虫患者治疗后3dOptiMal-IT金标层析法检测为阴性。结论OptiMal-IT金标层析法是一种快速、简便、特异性强、敏感性高的疟疾诊断和鉴别诊断试剂,可以用于快速应急检测,同时疟疾患者治疗后,若患者体内无活的疟原虫,OptiMal-IT金标层析为阴性,提示疟疾乳酸脱氢酶单克隆抗体OptiMal-IT金标层析可现场应用于疟疾快速诊断和疟疾治疗效果考核。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate speciality and sensitivity of monoclonal antibodies to lactate dehydrogenase of Plasmodium spp in diagnosis of malaria and assess therapeutic effect. Methods 57 Plasmodium vivax malaria patinets and 5 Plasmodium falciparum malaria patietns from Shenzhen were detected by immuno-chromatographic test(ICT), using monoclonal antibodies against the metabolic enzyme pLDH(parasite lactate dehydrogenase) of Plasmodium spp. The results wre compared with that of conventional thick smear microscopy of the malaria parasites. While the theraeutic effect was assessed by using ICT. Results The coincidence rate of ICT with microscopy examination of malaria parasites in diangnosis of Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum malaria was 100%. Begative results were observed in malaira patients by using ICT three days after treatment. Conclusion ICT is simple, sensitive, specific method for rapid diagnosis of malaia infection and assessment of therapeutic effect after treatment. Thus it is suitable a applciation in the fields.更多还原
