【摘要】 目的检测华枝睾吸虫患者血液Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,探讨华枝睾吸虫病患者细胞免疫功能的变化。方法选择36例不同感染程度的华枝睾吸虫病患者,采用厚膜涂片法对粪便虫卵进行计数,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血液中Th1型细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ与Th2型细胞因子IL-4,分析细胞因子水平与感染程度的相关性。结果华枝睾吸虫病患者血液Th1型细胞因子水平明显低于正常对照组,且中度和重度感染患者IL-2显著低于轻度感染患者;Th2型细胞因子IL-4水平显著高于正常对照组,且重度感染患者显著高于轻度感染者。结论华枝睾吸虫病患者血液Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平失调,表现为Th1型细胞因子水平下降,Th2型细胞因子水平升高,提示华枝睾吸虫病患者细胞免疫功能低下。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine Th1/Th2 cytokines and study the cellular immune function in the patients with clonorchiasis sinensis. Methods Clonochis sinensis eggs in the stool specimens were counted and Th1/Th2 cytokines, IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-4, in serum samples from 36 patients with clonorchiasis sinensis were determined by utilizing pachyhymenia smear method and ELISA, respectively. Healthy people were selected as controls. Results The levels of Th1 type cytokines, IL-2 and IFN-γ, in sera of the patients were lower than that of the normal controls, and the level of IL-2 in the sera of patients with severe and middle degree infection were lower than that from the patients with low degreee infection. The levels of Th2 type cytokine, IL-4, in sera from the patients was higher than that of the controls, and IL-4 level in sera from severe infection patients was significantly higher than that of modest infection patients. Conclusion The levels of Th1 cytokines is decreasing and Th2 type cytokines is increasing in the patients with clonorchiasis sinensis, showing that the cellular immune function is low.更多还原
