半导体激光治疗多毛病158例的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨半导体激光脱毛在不同部位的治疗效果及治疗次数与能量的关系。方法应用半导体激光对158例面部、腋窝及四肢多毛患者共173个部位进行治疗,采用波长800nm,脉宽10~100ms,光斑直径9mm×9mm方形,治疗能量在25~40J/cm2之间,治疗间隔为2~3个月。结果173个部位,其中152个部位经1~6次治愈,治愈率87.86%,显效率98.26%,呈能量变化而变化。结论所有病例均有毛发生长延迟现象,经多次治疗可以达到永久性脱毛,显效率高,无任何副作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effectiveness of lightsheer semiconductor diode laser in the treatment of hypertrichosis on different parts of the skin,and the relationship of the time of the treatment with the energy density of the laser. Methods 158 cases of hirsutism on face,armpit,and extremity(altogether 173 parts) were treated with laser at the wavelength of 800nm,pulse of 10~100ms,facula of 9mm×9mm square,energy density of 25~40J/cm~2.The treatment interval was from 2 to 3 months. Results There were 152 parts had been cured for 1~6 times in all of the 173 parts.The cure rate was 87.86%,the effective rate was 98.26%,the higher energy density was used the more effective results will be achieved. Conclusion The growth of hair on all the cases has been delayed.The permanent depilation could be achieved without any side-effect after several treatment.
