【摘要】 从样本取样、保存、DNA提取方法,模板DNA、TaqDNA聚合酶、Mg2+、dNTP、随机引物的浓度和适合的RAPD反应体系及操作过程中应注意的事项、产物处理等方面综述了黄瓜RAPD分析的影响因素,为RAPD技术在黄瓜育种研究中的应用提供帮助。

【Abstract】 Many factors affecting RAPD analysis of cucumber (Cucumis sativus Linnaeus) were reviewed, such as sampling, storage of material, methods of DNA extraction, and the consistence of template DNA, Taq polymerize enzyme, Mg2+, dNTP and the concentration of random primer and adequate RAPD reaction system as well as suitable programs for PCR amplification.
