“欧威”与“安喜培”在杧果常温保鲜中的应用

【摘要】 研究了2mL/L欧威(OX-VIRIN)稀释液和不同剂量的安喜培(AnsiP-F)对杧果(芒果)的防病保鲜效果。结果表明:贮藏7d后,用2mL/L欧威液处理的优等果率为68.6%,比对照高35.8%,且二者差异极显著;贮藏11d后的优等果率为55.4%,比对照高27.9%,但二者差异不显著。贮藏7d后,1/2、5/8和3/8片3种剂量的安喜培处理果实的失水率分别为3.86%、2.62%和2.35%,与对照(对照果实失水率为9.99%)差异均达极显著;前二者与后者的差异显著;但彼此间差异不显著。

【Abstract】 The effects of 2 ml/L OX-VIRIN solution and AnsiP at different doses on control of diseases and preservation of mango fruits were investigated after 7-10 days of storage. The results indicated that the high-quality fruits treated by 0.2% OX-VIRIN solution were 68.6% after 7 days of storage and 55.4% after 11 days of storage. These two different treatments were separately 35.8% and 27.9% higher than those of the CK (separately 32.8% and 27.5%). The difference of the former was significant and the latter was not significant. The moisture loss of mango treated with AnsiP at 3 different rates (1/2, 5/8 and 3/8 pieces) were 3.86%, 2.62%, and 2.35% separately after 7 days of storage. These three treatments all reached highly significant difference as compared to the CK (9.99%). There were significant difference between the treatments of AnsiP at the rates of 1/2 and 5/8 pieces and that at 3/8, but there was no significant difference between the former two treatments.
