有机硅改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的性能
Study on Properties of Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin Modified with Organosilicon
【摘要】 合成了有机硅改性的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;采用正交实验方法研究了三聚氰胺/甲醛比例、有机硅添加量、聚乙烯醇添加量三种因素对树脂抗拉强度的影响;采用红外光谱和热失重分析法对试样进行了测试;结果表明,有机硅的加入使树脂的韧性有所提高,但是对树脂的耐热性能有一定不良影响。
【Abstract】 The melamine-formaldehyde resin modified with organosilicon was synthesized in the laboratory.The effect of melamine-formaldehyde proportion,organosilicon amount and polyvinyl alcohol amount on the tensile strength of the resin is studied by means of orthogonal experiments.The sample is tested with IR and TGA.The test result shows that the toughness of the modified resin is improved but the thermal stability declines.
