【Abstract】 The fluorescence characteristics of ciprofloxacin lacatate(CFLX) in micellar systems have been studied.The experiments indicate that sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) can enhance greatly the fluorescence signal.Based on these results,a new method of sensitized fluorescence using the micellar system for the trace analysis of CFLX has been developed.The linear range was 0 ~ 2.00 μg/mL,and the detection limit was 1.32 μg/mL.更多还原
