【摘要】 目的探讨脑梗死患者血清HsCRP、Lp(a)的含量变化及临床意义。方法HsCRP采用免疫透射比浊法,Lpa采用免疫透射比浊法测定52例脑梗死患者和对48例对照组的血清含量。结果脑梗死患者不同时期血清HsCRP、Lp(a)含量高于对照组,P<0.01,有显著意义。结论HsCRP、Lp(a)含量的升高与脑梗死密切相关,皆是脑梗死的重要危险因素,在脑梗死预防、诊断、治疗中有着重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the changes and relationships of serum HsCRP、 Lp(a) in the patients with Cerebral infarction.Methods HsCRP used the immunity transmission turbidimetric method,Lp(a) used the immunity transmission turbidimetric method to determine 52 patients with Cerebral infarction and the 48 control group blood serum content.Results The Cerebral infarction patient blood serum HsCRP,Lp(a) was obviously higher than the control group, P<0.01,had the remarkable significance,Conclusions HsCRP,Lp(a)content ascension and the Cerebral infarction are all important dangerous factors to cerebral infarction.It has important value to brain stem,dead prevention,the diagnosis and the treatment.更多还原
