【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性高血压患者的健康教育模式,引导患者建立健康生活行为方式,有效控制高血压及并发症。方法:采用问卷与面谈相结合的方法,调查原发性高血压患者的健康需求情况。结果:患者欠缺深层次的高血压知识,自我管理、自我护理能力缺乏,知行未合一,教育方法需求大多选择医护讲解和演示、电话咨询。结论:加强对原发性高血压患者的健康教育,对提高患者对疾病以及相关知识的认识水平,培养自我护理能力,控制和稳定高血压,延缓并发症的发生有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the education modes for patients with essential hypertension and instruct them to cultivate healthy behavior of life so as to control the occurrence of hypertension and complications.Methods: Questionnaire and interview were adopted to investigate the demand of patients with essential hypertension for health education.Results: The patients lacked more and deep knowledge of hypertension,and lacked nursing care and management for oneself.The education methods once mostly used were explanation and demonstration of doctors and nurses and consultation by phone.Conclusion: It is of significance to give patients more health education on hypertension,nursing care and management for oneself,which can benefit patients for controlling and delaying the incidence of hypertension and complications.更多还原
