【摘要】 目的调查广东省4城区实现社区卫生服务主要功能情况。方法采用实地调查和深入访谈的方式。结果广东省4城区在落实预防保健任务、完成预防保健主要指标、提供计划生育技术和康复服务、应对突发公共卫生事件的处理能力、为弱势人群提供服务方面存在差异。结论广东省4城区实现社区卫生服务主要功能总体较好。在今后的社区卫生服务中,要进一步落实服务功能,促使社区卫生服务健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the situation about fulfilling the main function of community health service(CHS) in four districts of Guangdong province.Methods The field investigation and in-depth interview were applied.Results Generally the organization network in CHS in four districts of Guangdong Province was satisfying.Meanwhile,some respects such as fulfilling duty and accomplishing major index of prevention and health care,providing technical service for family plan and rehabilitation,and helping social vulnerable group need to be further improved.Conclusion The community health service function should be put forwards so that CHS will be developed healthily.更多还原
