标准冲击试样缺口应力场有限元分析
Stress field analysis at notch of standard impact test sample by fem
【摘要】 通过大型有限元分析软件ANSYS来研究标准类型缺口冲击试样三维应力场,分析了夏氏V型、梅氏U型、夏氏U型和夏氏钥匙型缺口冲击试样横、纵向中面应力状态及应力集中系数,给出了冲击过程的动态显示。结果表明:标准缺口试样存在着相似的应力状态,横向中面等效应力受应力集中影响,先减小后增大;纵向中面等效应力近乎不变,最大等效应力出现在缺口根部;标准缺口应力集中系数Kt是时间的函数,随时间的增加,Kt缓慢增大后又缓慢减小,其中夏氏U型与夏氏钥匙型变化近似重合,应力集中系数最小,梅式U型次之,夏氏V型最大;标准缺口试样对缺口根部达到断裂的响应时间不同,夏氏V型最快,其次是梅氏U型和夏氏U型,夏氏钥匙型最慢。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional stress fields of the impact test sample with standard notch were studied,the stress status in the middle plane and the stress concentration factor were analyzed,and the process of impact was dynamically displayed in this article by means of the ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results indicated that,the stress status in the middle plane of the impact test sample with standard notch was analogical and the maximally equivalent Von Mises stress(SEQV) appeared at notch root,the stress concentration factor of standard notch K_t was the function of time,and the time responding to rupture at notch root varied with notch type.
