【摘要】 以文献[1]为背景,分析了输电阻塞管理问题,把阻塞管理划分为5个步骤(分配预案、阻塞检查、调整预案、使用裕度输电、拉闸限电),对每个步骤建立了对应的数学模型,给出了输电阻塞网方调度管理步骤,仿真计算结果表明建立的数学模型是合理的,调度管理步骤是可操作的、实用的,最后指出了模型有待进一步讨论的问题.更多还原

【Abstract】 On the background of \,the problem about power transmission blockade administration is analyzed in five steps-distribution preplan,check blockade adjustment of the preplan,power transmission with extra,turn off.One mathematic model is built for each step.These steps for the administration and dispatch for power transmission blockade are made.And the simulation computation results show that the built mathematic model is correct,the dispatch administration steps are useful and practical.Some problems that can be discussed further are raised at the end of the paper.更多还原
