用于活塞环的多元多层纳米膜的耐磨性研究

【摘要】 采用离子镀表面处理技术,在合金铸铁活塞环、不锈钢镀铬活塞环表面获得CrN T/iN……C/rN多元多层纳米膜。对涂层进行的测试表明:多元多层纳米膜与基体之间的破裂临界载荷大于30N,与基体之间的结合力较高;多元多层纳米膜涂层的摩擦因数为0.14~0.16,粗糙度R a<0.8μm;多元多层纳米膜涂层具有高的耐磨性,提高了活塞环的使用寿命。

【Abstract】 The CrN/TiN.../CrN multi-element multi-layer nanometer films on surfaces of the alloy casting piston rings and the stainless piston rings are obtained with the ion plating surface treatment technology.Tests for the coating indicates that the critical crack load between the multi-element multi-layer coating and the base is more than 30 N,whose binding force is higher;Tfriction factor of the multi-element multi-layer coat is 0.14~0.16,roughness Ra<0.8 μm;wear resistance of the multi-element multi-layer coat is higher,which can improve service life of piston rings.
