【Abstract】 The paper introduces the main contents of National Auto Product Recovery and Usage Technology Policy,analyzes the responsibility and obligation of automakers to execute this policy,points out the difference between this policy and EU End-of-Life Vehicle Directive and the main issues needed to discuss with outside automobile industry,and provides directive guidance to the comprehension and execution of Auto Product Recovery and Usage Technology Policy.更多还原
